After 18 years of working in highly structured hierarchical corporations, including two Fortune firms, DuAnne became an organizational consultant in 1989.  She had learned first-hand the lessons of personal excellence, and began serving organizations and individuals who wanted to move beyond perceived barriers.  Her joy is seeing people move towards being the best they can be.

Her programs lead individuals to the threshold of their inner wisdom.  “My philosophy is that people are capable (whether they realize it or not) of shaping and composing their lives,” she explains.  “My lifework is about serving people who want to take charge of their life and increase their personal capacity for excellence and alignment—in their life and their work.”  She specializes in conducting interactive workshops, one-on-one personal sessions, and designing larger programs for groups and organizations.

She gives people tools and processes so they can continue to create,  re-create and shape their futures (“a shaper of shifts”), even in times of chaos and the rapid pace of change.

With degrees in psychology, business and organizational behavior, DuAnne says that people are truly the experts of their own selves.  My gift is to facilitate people and organizations to move forward, decide what they want, change directions or provide methods to get unstuck.
